In short
This site sets no tracking cookies and does not measure traffic. The data you send me is used only to answer you and to prepare a possible assignment; it is never sold or used for advertising. The website and email are hosted in Brazil; a copy of emails is kept with Microsoft (Outlook.com). You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data.

2. Data processed
- Form: name, business email, company, message. The form sends your message to me by email; nothing is stored on the website.
- Email: your contact details and the content of your messages.
- Appointments: name, email, company, topic and chosen slot. The request is stored on the server to hold the slot until I confirm it.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. The host records them automatically for security and for the website to work properly.
3. Purposes
Answering your request, arranging an appointment, preparing and carrying out an assignment, keeping the website secure. No profiling, no newsletter, no advertising.
4. Legal bases (GDPR and LGPD)
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 7, V LGPD). Legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 7, IX LGPD).
5. Retention
Requests with no follow-up: 12 months. Appointment requests: deleted from the server 30 days after the scheduled date. Exchanges linked to an assignment: for the duration of the assignment, then as long as the law requires (up to 10 years for accounting records, Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations). Server logs: a limited period set by the host.
6. Recipients
- HostGator Brasil (Newfold Digital group): website and email hosting, servers in Brazil.
- Microsoft (Outlook.com): backup copy of messages and appointment requests in my mailbox.
No other disclosure, except where required by law.
7. Transfers abroad
Your data may be processed in Brazil (hosting) and in the United States (Microsoft). These transfers rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, otherwise on contractual safeguards or on their being necessary to answer your request or perform a contract with you (Art. 17(1)(b) FADP; Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
8. Cookies
No tracking cookies or analytics tools. The website only stores your language and display theme choices in your browser (local storage), necessary technical settings.
9. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and, where applicable, withdrawal of consent. Write to claudio@stadelmannconsulting.com; I reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, Switzerland), the data protection authority of your country in the European Union, or the ANPD (Brazil). In other Latin American countries, you have the rights provided by your national law, which are respected in the same way.
10. EU representative
As the processing is occasional and low-risk, no representative is appointed in the European Union (Art. 27(2) GDPR). For the LGPD, the controller's contact channel is the email address above.
